THE STORY OF MY LIFE
I had a little scare when I was at the gym and I thought I could move a weight that I usually could it was on the squat I usually was able to do the weight when ever I had my spotter but it was something about that day that made me feel off I wasn’t as strong as I was last week but I said screw it and I attempted it as I went down I already felt it being to heavy but as I tried to come up I was just stuck so I was low on the ground with just weight on my back and there was no one near me so I couldn’t just ask for help my first reaction was to just let the weight fall so I knew that I had only one shot and if I messed up I knew I was going to hurt the hell out of my back so I tightened my hands and pushed the weight as far as I could and pushed my chest forward and my back to make it look like the letter “u” so that it didn’t hit my lower back and I was successful I got out of it after that I said m not going to do that again unless I have a spotter
